Frank Weidlich, born 09 April 1840 in Saxony, Germany; died 07 June 1924 at Dubuque, Dubuque, Iowa; married early 1860s in Saxony to Amelia Hofmann who was born about November 1841 at Trauen, Saxony, Germany and died 17 December 1919 at Dubuque.
They came to the U.S. in 1865. He was a cabinetmaker; he worked at the Key City Furniture Company in Dubuque. They lived at 1289 Pine Street in Dubuque. He was naturalized as a U.S. citizen in 1875.

Julius Morris Weidlich, born 18 January 1879(8); died 17 January 1935 at Dubuque; married 18 May 1904 at Dubuque to Emma M. Firzloff (daughter of Edward Firzloff) who was born 01 November 1880(6) in Germany and died 15 January 1968 at Dubuque(6). He was a bookkeeper at the Rhomberg Brothers brewery. They lived at 432 Queen Street in Dubuque.
