Philip Hellhake, born about 1828-29 in Prussia, Germany. He was a shoemaker. He came to the U.S. from Allendorf, Kreis Arnsberg, Westphalia, Germany with the Johannes Joseph Hellhake family, on the ship Uhland which sailed from Bremen and arrived at New Orleans on 18 June 1852.
