Johannes Anton Schulte, born 21 March 1801 at Seidfeld, Kreis Arnsberg, Westphalia, Germany and baptized 22 March 1801 at Stockum, Kreis Arnsberg, Westphalia, Germany; died 1865 in St. Michael, Madison, Missouri, USA; married 18 February 1830 at Stockum, Kreis Arnsberg, Westphalia, Germany to Antonette Willecke (daughter of Christoph Willecke and Anna Maria Schroer) who was born 08 September 1801 at Stockum and died 14 January 1861 in Madison County, Missouri.
He was the son of Carl Phillip Schulte (son of Anton Schulte and Elisabetha Zoellner) and Maria Sybilla Grewe (daughter of Peter Grewe and Anna Margaretha Simon) who were married 19 February 1797 at Stockum.
He was a lead miner. They came to the U.S. on the ship Alexander von Humboldt which sailed from Bremen, Germany and arrived at New Orleans on 16 December 1845.
