Group and Martha Jane Hummelbaugh) who was born [about March] 1867₍₁₄₎ in Huntington, Adams, Pennsylvania and died 1941₍₁₄₎. He was a farmer.

Heller and Mary Alice Black) who was born 24 November 1898₍₁₇₎(but WWI draft registration says 24 December₍₄₀₎) in Menallen Township and died 03 November 1983₍₁₇₎ at Gettysburg, Adams, Pennsylvania. He was a fireman at a sawmill₍₄₀₎; later he was a blacksmith. 1920 Census: Elmer Heller (widower, with Harry Funt), page 052, visit 114/115, Menallen, Adams, Pennsylvania. She is buried at Wenksville Methodist Church. No children with him in 1920. [He was married second about 1922 to Virgie Mae Beamer, and had at least three more children.] Only known child: Helen Mary Heller, died 14 December 1919 in infancy.

Lawrence Group⁷ Orner, born 30 September 1896_(17)(40)(49); died April 1982 at Gettysburg, Adams, Pennsylvania₍₁₇₎; married 1922-23 to Maude Rebecca Hartlaub (daughter of John Franklin Hartlaub and Fannie Louise Newman) who was born 21 December 1889 in Adams County. He registered for the WWI draft at Gettysburg. In 1942, he was working at Gettysburg Furniture Company₍₄₉₎. 1930 Census: Group L. Orner, page 237, visit 046/050, Littlestown borough, Adams, Pennsylvania. Known children: Dorothy R. Orner, born about 1923; Anna L. Orner, born about 1925; Glenn L. Orner, born 17 September 1929₍₁₇₎, died 28 April 2005 at Gettysburg₍₁₇₎, married to Evelyn M. Hale who was born 10 September 1927₍₁₄₎ and died 28 November 1970₍₁₄₎, he was a Korean War veteran (U.S. Army), they are buried at Gettysburg National Cemetery, they had three children; John Orner.

Melvin Bruce⁷ Orner, born 18 November 1899₍₄₀₎; died 21 October 1925 aged 25 years, 11 months, 03 days₍₄₃₎; married 24 March 1924 to Isabell M. Miller who was born 1904₍₁₄₎ and died 1969₍₁₄₎. He registered for the WWI draft at Gettysburg, Adams, Pennsylvania. They are buried at Wenksville Methodist Church, (their gravestone, external link).

Beamer), page 002, visit 029/031, Menallen, Adams, Pennsylvania. Possible child: Myrtle Orner, born about 1921, [also with Nelson P. Beamer in 1930].

Paul Jacob⁷ Orner, born 18 December 1905_(14)(17) and christened 20 February 1906 (recorded at St. James); died 25 June 1978₍₁₄₎ at Staunton city, Virginia₍₁₇₎; married about 1928 to Irene B. ______ who was born 15 July 1903_(14)(17) in Virginia and died November 1989₍₁₄₎ at Staunton₍₁₇₎. They were both hospital attendants at Pennsylvania State Lunatic Hospital in 1930. 1930 Census: Paul J. Orner and Irene M. Orner, pages 055A, line 04 and 055B, line 94, Susquehanna, Dauphin, Pennsylvania. They are buried at Mt. Tabor Lutheran Cemetery at Middlebrook, Augusta, Virginia.

Cletus Herman⁷ Orner, born 24 April 1908 and christened 10 February 1913 (recorded at St. James); died October 1985₍₁₄₎ at New Oxford, Adams, Pennsylvania₍₁₇₎; married first about 1926 to Sadie ______ who was born about 1909 in Virginia; married second 1930s to Dorothy J. Donnley who was born 1907₍₁₄₎ and died 1983₍₁₄₎. 1930 Census: Cletus Orner, page 141, visit 483/543, Gettysburg (1^st Ward), Adams, Pennsylvania. He and Dorothy are buried at Wenksville Methodist Church, (their gravestone, external link). He and Dorothy had at least two children.

Blair Morris⁷ Orner, twin, born 24 September 1910₍₁₇₎ and christened 10 February 1913 (recorded at St. James); died October 1977 at Bendersville, Adams, Pennsylvania₍₁₇₎; married after the 1930 census to Susan E. Shultz (daughter of ______ Shultz and Ella Mae ______). They had at least five children. Known child: Dean A.
