Henry4 Orner (Georg3, probably Ulrich2 Arner, Ulrich1), born 03 October and christened 23 October 1796 (Sponsors: Michael Bieber and wife Eva)[recorded at Jerusalem Lutheran and Reformed Church in Salisbury, Northampton (now Lehigh), Pennsylvania (FHL film #383510)];  died 06 March 1850(14) in Seneca County, Ohio;  married 21 March 1819 in Pickaway County, Ohio (Book 02, page 004) to Harriet Lawrence who was born 01 March 1797 in Maryland.

He was a weaver. On 01 June 1832, he bought land in Adams, Seneca, Ohio from the Tiffin, Ohio Government Land Office (the patent). On 14 December 1835, he bought more land from the Bucyrus, Ohio Government Land Office (the patent).

Humphrey6 Orner, born about 1848 in Ohio;  married 02 August 1877 in Hardin County (FHL film #914843) to Mary Cline. Known child, born in Hardin County:  Humphrey Orner, born 06 December 1878.

Melissa6 Orner, born about 1852;  married 05 May 1870 in Wyandot County, Ohio (FHL film #905933) to John H. Bousher/Bowser who was born about 1848 in Ohio. 1880 Census: John H. Louisa6 Orner, born 30 August 1861;  died 29 March 1892 at Forest, Hardin, Ohio;  married 11 December 1873 in Wyandot County, Ohio (FHL film #905933) to John Conrad Lederman (son of Christian Lederman and Margeretta Busche) who was born 22 April 1838 in Canton Berne, Switzerland and died 11 May 1916 at Forest (Death Certificate #32250, Volume 1948). Lederman (single, with brother-in-law Michael Lockard), in 1942 they were living in Dallas County, Arkansas(49).

Probably Susanna Orner, born 1820s?;  apparently died by 1855;  married 01 August 1844 in Seneca County (FHL film #388635) to Hiram Lanning (son of Isaac and Cicely Lanning) who was born 23 June 1817 in Pennsylvania and died 24 November 1895 in Jackson, Hancock, Ohio. [He was married second 01 November 1855 in Hancock County, Ohio to Sarah Jane Street, and had several more children. 1860 Census: Hiram Lanning [and second wife], page 025, visit 308/303, Eagle, Hancock, Ohio.] Known child:  James J. Lanning, born about 1846.

Elizabeth5 Orner, born 16 June 1827;  died in infancy.

Levi5 Orner, born 28 August 1833 in Seneca County;  died 28 February 1864 in a prisoner of war camp at Richmond, Virginia;  married 05 April 1862 in Oakland County, Michigan (FHL film #973980) to Olive R. Prindle (possibly her second marriage) who was born about 1834 in Michigan. Civil War service: Company I, 6th Michigan Cavalry Regiment. Olive applied for a widows pension on 05 June 1865. A minor dependent [presumably Libbie] received a dependent’s pension, application filed 20 April 1869 by O. K.
