He was a farmer.

[She was the daughter of Isaac Melton Lockart and Elizabeth Henrietta McCrea. Elizabeth was a descendant of Gilbert McCrea, who was a son of (Reverend) James McCrea (external link), and brother of Jane McCrea whose murder was a famous incident during the Revolutionary War.]

Possibly Matthias5 Lower, born 12 November 1832;  died 11 September 1911 in Washington, Stark, Ohio;  married 23 February 1854 to MARIA ANNA5? MYERS who was born 18 August 1834 in Springfield, Mahoning, Ohio and died 12 March 1920 in Washington.
