Shook and Sarah A. Bonser) who was born 08 July 1917(U) in Carbon County. He was a machinist. He was a WWII veteran (55th Engineers Battalion). Esther is buried at Franklin Heights Cemetery at Weissport. Curtis and Dorothy’s gravestone at Long Run Cemetery in Franklin. He had two children with his first wife, and five children with his second wife(V).

He was a carpenter. Pearl Marguerite8 Ahner, born 25 August 1907(17); died 07 April 1993 at Lehighton, Carbon, Pennsylvania(17); married 1924-25 to Martin Franklin Schafer who was born 07 September 1902(17) and died March 1987 at Lehighton(17). He was a coal miner. They are buried at Long Run Cemetery(V). 1930 Census: Martin F. Schafer, page 090, visit 044/045, Packerton, Carbon, Pennsylvania. Known child: Harold F. Schafer, born about July 1926.
