[NOTE: I’d also read that Bunker Hill and Franklin Heights are two separate but adjoining cemeteries; but if so, I couldn’t tell which is which.]

Photos of Arner gravestones at
Bunker Hill Cemetery:
[NOTE: “stone not found” just
means that I didn’t find it, not necessarily that it isn’t there.J ]
NOTE: Many of the broken and fallen stones in this cemetery have just been tossed onto 2 or 3 trash piles toward the back of the cemetery. That may be what happened to Johannes Arner’s stone, or it may have just become illegible since Joseph S. Arner recorded it during his cemetery walk.

[The first name appears to be
a short one (maybe 4 letters). Might also say “wife of ____? A. Arner”.]
[A rubbing might bring it out, but I
didn’t have the supplies with me to do one.]
[Here’s
a digitally “enhanced” version of the same gravestone
photo that brings out some of the lettering in the stained area, but
doesn’t really contribute a whole lot to making it readable.]
