He may have been the founding partner of Fassett & Arner, proprietors of City Dray Line at Ashton, Spink, South Dakota (1909 Business Directory, external link); or possibly it was his son Arthur.

Warnes) who was born 11 September 1911(17) at Chicago, Cook, Illinois and died 03 February 1998 at Siloam Springs(17)[also obituary (“Marian Arner Woodin”) in Morning News of Northwest Arkansas, issue of 05 February 1998; (but she is listed in the SSDI as “Marian H. Arner”)]. He was a WWII veteran (Army SN: 39830769). [She was married second 20 October 1990 in Iowa to Clifford Cea Woodin (his third marriage).] She is buried at Oak Hill Cemetery at Siloam Springs (or possibly at Evergreen Cemetery at Clarion, Wright, Iowa). They had at least two children.
