Noah Harvey5 Arner (John W.4, probably Leonard3, HEINRICH2, Ulrich1), born 20 April 1849(14) probably in Hempstead (now Nevada) County, Arkansas; died 15 February 1899(14) in Chickasaw Nation, Indian Territory (now Blackburn, Jefferson, Oklahoma); married 1871 in Searcy County, Arkansas to Mary Elizabeth Faught (daughter of Joseph W. and America P. Faught) who was born 19 June 1852(14) in Giles County, Tennessee and died 10 February 1919(14) at Ryan, Jefferson, Oklahoma (funeral notice).
He was a farmer. On 15 December 1882, he bought government land in St. Joe, Searcy, Arkansas (the patent).

They are also found on the rolls of the Dawes Commission, based on Orlando claiming 1/16th Choctaw blood, info recorded as of 1902 (Dawes Enrollment Card #MCR5775). However, the “MCR” in the card number stands for “Mississippi Choctaw Rejected”, so apparently he wasn’t able to prove it at that time.]

He was a carpenter. He registered for the WWI Draft at Waurika, Jefferson, Oklahoma.
