Ulrich Reinhart (son of Peter Aaron Reinhardt and Margaretha Kupferschmied), born 12 August and christened 21 August 1704 in Sumiswald, Bern, Switzerland;  died 12 February 1787 aged 82 years(9) in Coventry, Chester, Pennsylvania;  married first in Germany to [?Maria] Barbara Sauer who was born about 1709 in Switzerland;  married second in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania to Hannah ______ who apparently died shortly afterward;  married third 16 November 1753 in Philadelphia County to Magdalena Jahn who possibly died 26 September 1813 in Maryland.

He and Barbara came to America in the ship Hope which arrived at Philadelphia on 28 August 1733. He lived first in Germantown, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he started the first print-shop in Pennsylvania with his brother-in-law Christopher Sauer [Sower], the famous printer. He later bought land and settled near Parker Ford, Chester, Pennsylvania.

He was married three times and had nine sons.

He is buried at Oak Grove Graveyard at Parker Ford.

(Reverend) Peter Reinhart, born 17 July 1733 on the ship Hope;  died 07 July 1806;  unmarried.

Frederick Reinhart, born about 1735;  died about 1820 in Chester County;  married to ________?.

John Reinhart, born 07 July 1743;  married Hannah4 Frick.

Ulrich Reinhart, born about 1745;  died 1828 possibly in Preble County, Ohio;  married to Margaret ______.

David Reinhart, born about 1747;  married Mary4 Switzer.

Known children with third wife, born in Pennsylvania:

David Reinhart, born 02 February 1755;  married Mary4 Urner.

(Reverend) Martin Reinhart, born 24 November 1757;  married Elizabeth4 Switzer.

Possibly Mathias Reinhart, born about 1759;  married to Maria Catherine ______;  moved to Washington County, Maryland.

Possibly Phillip Reinhart, born 1765;  moved to  Frederick County, Maryland.
